Maison Damien-Buffet Collection
Maison Damien-Buffet is a family-owned Champagne house rooted in the Premier Cru village of Sacy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The family has cultivated vineyards in the region for generations, with estate origins tracing back to the 15th century, preserving an authentic grower philosophy centered on terroir, craftsmanship, and sustainable viticulture.
Produced in limited quantities, the collection reflects the character of this exceptional Premier Cru terroir through precise, artisanal winemaking. The Maison works with low sulphite levels, sustainable HVE-certified agriculture, and a careful selection of the purest juice (“la cuvée”) to preserve freshness, elegance, and aromatic precision.
Each cuvée expresses the balance and generosity of the three Champagne grape varieties — Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay — with extended ageing bringing depth, finesse, and remarkable complexity. Refined yet deeply authentic, Damien-Buffet represents the discreet luxury of true grower Champagne, crafted for collectors seeking character beyond the grandes maisons.
